Roatan Island Tour and sightseeing Mangrove Tunnel: Come and explore the culture of Roatan Honduras. When your cruise ship arrives and docks at any port of Roatan and you have met up with us, you will be escorted to your air conditioned tour vehicle and guide, we’ll start you off on a wonderful historical tour through the Island of Roatan.  This tour will go through Coxen Hole, the capital city of the Bay Island of Roatan Honduras, We’ll also go through French Harbour City home to the entire island’s largest fishing industry.

Certainly one of the most interesting stops on this tour is the Iguana Farm and which compromises of iguanas, birds, monkeys, and a sea aquarium with many different species of marine life such as. tarpon fish, turtles, lobsters, conch, Etc...

As your tour continues we’ll make a stop at the middle part of the island where you will alight from your vehicle in order to get a perfect view of both sides of the island as well as make good use of your camera to shoot great photos. The Mangrove Sightseeing Tour will continue with a drive through Garifuna Town where you are bound to observe the residents traditions and culture.

The ride will continue to Oak Ridge’s where you will take a water taxi ride through the village of Oak Ridge’s (which is built above the water) and then proceed to Mangrove Tunnel. Your private tour guide will be with you for the entire day. If you however wish to visit any of the other beautiful sites on the island within the convenience of your time you are most welcome to do so.

Just let your guide know and he/she will take care of anything else that you wish to do.
This excursion costs $50 per person depending on the size of your group. As such, the cost will be $70 each for a group of 2 persons, $60 each for a group of 3 persons, and $50 for a group of 4 persons and more. The price are including a stop and entrance to the Iguana farm your water taxi ride through the mangrove tunnel as well as your  private air conditioned tour vehicle and guide for your entire time.
